All The Clay Horses is an art practice by New Mexico transplant Holly McVeigh. After nearly a decade focusing on non-profit arts administration, Holly is now working full-time as an artist and consultant as well as running the Clay Horse Retreat in Pecos, NM.

Chef Pablo Peñalosa has more than a dozen years of culinary and Michelin star restaurant experience and shares a global perspective that ties in techniques and flavors discovered during his time living in Mexico and Spain, while nurturing the connection between the land, ingredients, makers and farmers to the hotel guests and community in a purposeful way.

McVeigh is excited to exhibit her latest work, a compelling series of mixed-media ceramic works exploring equine herd dynamics and interpersonal relationships. Dinner participants will enjoy innovative food and plating surprises and will leave with a special piece of the experience to take home.

Clay is the medium and both artists will sculpt an artistic dinner for each guest.

Helping to sculpt the evening, on October 7, 2023, Bobby Beals presents in Santa Fe at Bishop’s Lodge, Sculpted featuring Holly McVeigh + Pablo Peñalosa. The evening begins with a wine reception at 6pm that is free and open to the public to introduce both artists. At 6:45pm, seating begins for dinner. Reservations are required and for those that purchase dinner reservations, the sculpture will be more than a third dimension to enjoy.
