Micaela Jones is creating works to celebrate her rich style filled with personality for her solo show at the Horseshoe Gallery. An enrolled member of the Temoak Tribe of Western Shoshone, painter Micqaela Jones grew up on the Duck Valley Indian Reservation of the Shoshone and Paiute Nations located 100 miles northeast of Elko, Nevada on the Idaho border. Micqaela’s days were spent enjoying nature and filled with rich visual experiences so it isn’t by surprise that she became a visual artist and began focusing her art career in 2002 on a life of art ahead.

Micqaela Jones’ newest paintings will be on exhibit at the Horseshoe Gallery.. The exhibit duration is August 19, 2023 through September 1, 2023 with an opening reception, 5-6:30pm on August 19, 2023.
