Matt Campos has a heartened rhythm that beats to its own drum. A drum maker, beadworker, teacher and a shamanic practitioner, Campos has been listening to his artistic drive to create.

“I spent many years “just busy” with life. I ignored my craft for decades until I met a medicine woman (Irene Skau) who would become my first teacher. I would learn from her for the next ten years. I credit shamanism for enriching my life and re-awakening the creative force within me,” says Campos discussing what led to his drum making and bead working.
